Pros

As an Account Manager they prepare you for everything you need to do the job correctly. It's a great place to work, it isn't the easiest job but it's not impossible.

Cons

I can't think of any, we've had beach days, team outings, and fun all company meeting together. Again, the work is hard but they try their best to keep us happy.
