      It is a stimulating environment with an interesting day to day workstream.

      Cons

      Employees are severely underpaid, and upward mobility is limited as upper management is intensely focused on keeping operations lean to improve their bottom line.

      Access to challenging and stimulating clients. Global experiences.

      Cons

      Strict hierarchical workplace creates environment that encourages workplace mobbing and harassment. Cases of harassment (Sondergaard, Lafond) continue to occur at highest levels due to lack of interest/understanding about healthy culture. Constantly accelerating CEO goals - not up for discussion, always cascaded - contribute to toxic workplace.
