      Fired two weeks before my wedding

      Pros

      They’ll pay you well and provide lots of little office perks

      Cons

      Speaks a lot to their character that they will fire someone two weeks before their wedding. They’ll make a large markup but it comes at the cost of grinding people to a pulp.

      Pros

      Fantastic benefits except for vacation time. Great 401k match.

      Cons

      Vacation time is dismal compared to other companies. Specific leadership in my team is hell-bent on covering up repeat sexual offenders who are owners by firing good employees to protect the offender. Big change when leadership brought on a valley-girl wanna-be lying leader with a lapdog underling who freely catered to that toxic leader. Depends on your group’s leadership. Corporate is aware.

      Pros

      Garver makes honest efforts to receive employee input and maintain a culture its employee's want. Corporate leadership is accessible and receptive. Business Team Leaders put you in positions and situations that align to your talents and where you're more likely to succeed. Great benefits, wellness program, and continuing education opportunities (full compensation for approved education programs).

      Cons

      You can probably go to a larger firm and make more money starting out, but if you care about how a company does business and treats its employees, then you will be hard-pressed to find a better firm.
