Pros

Firm’s leadership are engaged and approachable. Culture encourages, promotes and rewards teamwork and has an entrepreneurial feel. Benefits are excellent and exemplify Garver’s commitment to its employees and to work/life balance. Company is growing quickly, which creates a lot of opportunities for the employees and allows hiring of new talent.

Cons

I haven’t found any cons. The company is growing fast, so leadership needs to continue to focus on maintaining the culture that makes Garver a great place to work!
