      Great people, great products, great benefits.

      Cons

      The current leadership is out touch with reality. The amount of reporting, documenting and micro management has become too much to handle. That takes away from the job description I was hired to perform. How can you put huge demands on a sales force and then cap their pay. Sales is always penalized for excessive growth and rewards and recognition are minuscule.
