      aggressive executive management culture , conflict is encouraged leading to toxic environment for employees. revolving door of talent , little to no job empowerment , no resources available , teams frequently understaffed, you will be expected to work 60 hours per week and most worthwhile jobs you will likely burn out. Little to no cross functional collaboration very siloed organizations
