      Pros

      Gavilon is a tight knit group of people. You work closely with the people in your region as a team and develop strong relationships that make it feel sort of like a brotherhood more than a relationship between employees.

      Cons

      Expectations of number of phone calls that merchandisers out of the field can make (from headquarters POV) vs the reality of how many can be made without stepping on producer's toes.

      Good people, competitive salary and bonus, quality mentors. Don't have to relocate as you did in the past.

      Cons

      Turnover was high, but has become more stable. There is s lack of first year traders.
