-Great for learning to troubleshoot a variety of issues, hardware, software, and malware -Fast paced with ever changing initiatives and environment -Learn how to explain complex issues simply to those unfamiliar or several lacking knowledge -Great benefits if your full time -Great work culture for the most part

Cons

-Sales heavy and focused -The pay sucks for the amount of work and often stress -High turnover in many positions -New ownership killed the Geek Squad culture which was one of the best 4 or 5 years ago, customers notice from their end as well

If your management and coworkers are good, it can be really fun to work at Geek Squad. It is not a difficult job, coming from someone who had very little computer knowledge when they started the role

Cons

Little to no growth, pay is ok but could definitely be better for the knowledge required
