Pros

It looks good on a resume, and its great customer service experience. I work on a pretty good team where people take ownership and ask for help when needed

Cons

Geek Squad (inside bestbuy) does not mean over the phone tech support. We don't sit and wait for you, like a call center in the store because we are actually working on computers and fixing customer problems. There is a 1-800 number for that and sorry its not free. We wouldn't be in business if it was.

Easy to network throughout the company, supports creativity and innovation, strong company culture, duly rewarded with recognition for good performance, good ability for promotion.

Cons

Large corporation red tape, hard to get rid of bad employees, need more consistent internal communication, need more comprehensive training
