Pros

Learn a heck of a lot of knowledge on software and hardware of all computers. Learning the functions of various Operating Systems, viral infections to computers, much much more knowledge.

Cons

Have to deal with a lot of crazy customers, the higher volume of the store, the worse it can get. Poor ethics, and business practices, and under appreciation of the high-skilled work you do.

Isolated, lonely, never meet coworkers, hard to be recognized for work done.

Got to see and talk to many different people, experience different facets of the retail industry, and enjoy the camaraderie of other geek squad employees.

Cons

hours were bad, favoritism was rampant, managers were manipulative, and the staff was just a revolving door.
