Underpaid, Overworked

Pros

Keeping up with new technology, learn about computers, coworkers are amazing. Looks good on a resume and teaches you skills for the future.

Cons

Severely underpaid, severely understaffed. Best Buy is scrambling to save their company, and now Geek Squad agents are forced to be salesmen instead of technicians. The computers get fixed by India. You will be forced to meet sales quotas and sell clients plans that they don't necessarily need. Best Buy's employee discount was recently thrashed - instead of paying cost for products, you often end up paying the sticker price.
