Pros

Very easy to get hired if you need a job. Managers will hire anyone. Great entry level job for anyone who wants to get experience in the field.

Cons

It's a job, not a career. Hiring process is longer than average. Expect your schedule to be changed a lot. You will work with an aging workforce that is reluctant to change. Terrible workplace environment and culture that will harshly retaliate against its employees who try to speak out against wrong doing.

Pros

Good healthcare benefits (especially mental health), mostly good collaboration between teams

Cons

Salary is not great, there is no trust from the leadership and they make questionable decisions. There are toxic aspects regarding management styles and they would rather go external than promote from within.
