      - Generous time off and benefits - Capable colleagues - Collegial environment - Opportunities for professional growth and education within the institution - Adequate support from management to quality improvement projects - No traffic - Powerful electronic medical records facilitate work and multitasking - Several training programs exist on site.

      - Low salaries and insignificant raises (if they happen) - Parts of the incentive bonus are very difficult to achieve - Few amenities / stores near by - Inadequate ancillary / secretarial support in some departments
