      I enjoyed working with my coworkers.

      Cons

      Geisinger claims revenue loss and released 100 positions. I have yet to receive my unused PTO pay and have been told by HR that it's not their issue.

      Good onboarding and orientation Sign on bonus Salary is fair for the area

      Cons

      Stressful nurse patient ratio. Patients are way more acute than the unit can handle. Absolutely no breaks. Toxic and gossipy work environment. Coworkers constantly talking trash on each other. Makes for an uncomfortable situation. Everyone is miserable. I wish I said no to this job and I feel stuck for 30 months because of the sign on bonus.
