Good pay and benefits. Gemini is a great small town business doing big things. Great people, family atmosphere, continues to consistently grow and maintain it's small town feel.

Cons

No significant cons. Gemini makes significant, earnest efforts to continue to grow while making their employee satisfaction a priority.

Pros

Fair pay and benefits. A good environment for those that can self-teach. Impressive state-of-the-art production facility on campus albeit mostly automated and unmanned.

Cons

Intense workload at times. Low pay scale. Management that they are personally offended if you are not working at 100% speed and efficiency every moment on the floor.
