Gemini takes great care of their employees. Providing competitive wages along with medical and dental benefits. Gemini continues to "give back" to & contribute to the community and general public. This includes many College Scholarships for employees H.S. Graduates. Gemini has 7 plants around the United States, Canada & Mexico.
Cons
As Gemini has successfully grown, the focus for employees such as myself, "Order Entry" in the phone center became very $ money/Sales oriented. Each employee must sell a minimum of $1.6 million per year. This would be great if everyone was on an even playing ground. Some employees are "given" Key Accounts that guarantee sales. The rest are on their own. Sales become luck of the draw. First in, First out w/e-mail, fax & phone orders. My sales fell short at approx. $800,000 per year. My Customer Service job in sales has become a Sales job in customer service. My specialty is Customer Service not "sales".
