      No health and education coverage. No competitive salary. It is a big company so I think they can do better.

      Lots of potential, but just not quite there

      Pros

      Plenty of competitive products, and lots of different applications to sell to. Salary is decent for early career. Most people at the company are friendly and well-intended. Quoting software is user-friendly and quick.

      Cons

      Growth targets are set at a rate that makes commission less obtainable (especially in consecutive years). There is quite a bit of micro-managing. Work/life balance is usually okay, but meeting did occur late at night or early mornings with China at times. Limited career growth opportunities.

      Appreciate the feedback on having a great team and we are always looking at ways to further improve the work-life balance and create a more engaged workforce. We purchased a Gallup Access platform last year with many helpful suggestions and action plans our Management team can incorporate into their work environment to strive to achieve this.
