      Some what flexible with scheduling

      Cons

      Very unprofessional. They expect you to do a 3 person job in a span of 8 hours. Low staff. People come and go due to pay. No opportunity for growth. You get hired under a staffing agency and they tell you 6 months to become permanent but it’s a lie. They make you wait longer.

      The work environment is extremely toxic, with poor communication among colleagues and incompetent leadership. Constantly short-staffed, and management only temporarily dispatches support from the China office. It seems they are not planning layoffs but instead are pushing employees to leave by assigning unreasonable workloads.
