It is a truly global company as it got production in China and commercial team all over the worlds so the chance meeting different people with diversified background is enormous and the business content itself is fulfilling and encouraging.

Cons

Sometimes the internal logistics can be a little complicated and you have to find the right person who is willing to pull the triggers or take extra responsbiility.

Fast paced, lots of opportunities, overall fair, as long as you work hard and make contributions, you will get what you deserve. You can learn a lot not only technical part but also improve your interpersonal skills. Good trainings are also available
