1. Very dynamic environment. The management team always exploring new ways to improve our work efficiency and employee benefits. 2. Great learning place for new graduates. Companies offer a wide range of service portfolio and keep developing new technologies/services to fulfill the increasing demand of different research areas. Whichever the position you are at, you will have lots of opportunities to acquire new knowledge and grow with the company. 3. Nice people. Most people I have met here are super nice and willing to share and help. Also, you will find a lot of very smart people and you would absolutely learn a lot from them.

Cons

Sometimes working overtime may be needed but I dont think it is a problem for young people who are eagerly want to learn more. Compensation could be a little bit better.

Pleasant team dynamics with trust and individual recognition; continue to strategize the business focus and diversify the portfolio. I met a lot of driven professionals here that grow together with the firm. Good learning platform for young professionals if you want to get things done and mark your achievement

Need to do more to enhance the international footprint and adapt fast.
