Huge product portfolio and good customer base, always innovating and have something new to offer. Good benefit. The company is also trying very hard to nurture a diverse and positive culture.

Cons

Shipping and custom issues due to the fact that the production site is in China.

It is a truly global company as it got production in China and commercial team all over the worlds so the chance meeting different people with diversified background is enormous and the business content itself is fulfilling and encouraging.

Cons

Sometimes the internal logistics can be a little complicated and you have to find the right person who is willing to pull the triggers or take extra responsbiility.
