Aggressive business model but culture and management needs improvement

Pros

Benefits are not bad on top of pay, eg red packet for CNY, Christmas gift etc.

Cons

Management only favor PhD. So even a lot of working experience (like 10 years), the chance of promotion is low. They are on crunch to IPO so getting sales is so important that there is no room to personal development.

The comfort zone for people who feels uncomfortable speaking English.

Cons

- Incompetent leaders with many years of experiences but can't think logically and no insights on the market - Executing lots of plans that do not contribute to getting sales revenue - Low pay but immense workload - Poor communication from HR - High turnover (which is understandable)
