Great Culture & Environment: The working environment is incredibly young, vibrant, and energetic. It makes coming to work enjoyable. Employee Engagement: HR does a fantastic job of keeping morale high, especially with the quarterly birthday celebrations and regular team-bonding activities. Strong Teamwork: While the workload can get quite heavy at times, you are never left to struggle alone. The team is highly collaborative, and everyone steps up to support each other when things get busy.

High Workload: The pace can be fast and demanding, leading to occasional periods of high stress and overtime to meet deadlines. Language Barrier: Internal communication can sometimes be a challenge.
