Where to begin.............
Pros
Well, there is always food if you forget your lunch, and no one cares if you eat the leftovers. Front line is friendly for the most part, the ones not on the phone because they are socializing and brown nosing the supervisors and managers. Feels like a continuation of school. Lots of girls thou!!!!! They definitely hire more females than males so it's a great places for hook ups.
Cons
If you are not liked you will not get anywhere no matter if you meet their metrics and do solid work. Several of the supervisors are pompous, illiterate people that have been promoted to these positions based on who they know and if they are liked OR are a family member /friend of someone there. The Program Managers for the most part are all"friends" and cover each other, making life hell for the front line if one manager doesn't like you, its all over they tell their other "manager' friends and make your life hell, OH and let's not forget when NSM comes along, its a BIG party for members of the LT- PMs and supervisors to "hook up", there are countless unnecessary off-sites, money foolishly spent while there are patients that can't afford GNE medicines that we make extremely expensive. Supervisors post unprofessional photos of themselves flicking off the camera and skimpy attire on Facebook for everyone to see, yet these are the people we are suppose to look up to and respect? I have never worked for a company like this before, everyone takes advantage of it. Very sad.
