Meaningful work, but disorganized middle management

Pros

Meaningful work and the ability to change the lives of people. Opportunities to grow interpersonal and communication skills.

Cons

For non-NYC offices, there are few opportunities for growth. Things move slowly and there's a great deal of friction with internal bureaucracy. Pay is slightly below market. Few technical challenges.

Pros

Had some great friends here (and still do), really liked the mission of the company.

Cons

Saw the culture become incredibly political and competitive in a way that didn't take the products' or students' best interest at heart.
