Defense industry is on shaky ground these days and job stability is not the best. Employees attitudes can be poor. Due to the high security environment surrounding what they produce and maintain doing anything on their computer network is very, very slow. Too focused on cumbersome rules sometimes that get in the way of getting the job done.
