The Stryker Program acts and has acted autonomously since its inception from those practices set forth by the parent company, GDLS.. In other words, rules are bent, fabricated, or made up as the cookie crumbles on a daily basis ~ completely exclusive from GDLS Rules of Conduct. There is much mischarging by Stryker management; allowances that are made for both their misappropriation of time and for their personal favorites' time. This malignant cancer has so far spread within its tapestry that there is no cure for the disease.

Heavy sacrifice for those with families. Waste of tax dollars. Poor mangement and accountability for coworkers. Growth depends on continued conflict. Major contractions seem inevitable.
