Pros

- Great staff discounts - Fun staff parties and events - Great people to work with - Able to play your own music = +10 points

Cons

- Individual targets create high pressure onto team members, which also create negative competition with on another - No sense of team work as everyone is competing against one another, even the managers - Managers come and go almost every month - A lot of the staff are bullied into attending training nights or staff events

Pros

The training is very thorough and you take some really useful like skills out of it communication wise. The people are really fun to work with and the product is great along with generous staff discounts and parties. You're encouraged to work as a team always and it can be pretty fun.

Cons

How good your store is depends entirely on management. The pressure can be very high and they are very specific with how they want you to act with customers. Personal KPI's are constantly monitored and it can be competitive amongst team members for sales. The high pressure often results in newer members leaving as it doesn't take long to figure out whether or not you think the job is worth it.

Pros

- Product Discounts across all brands, especially vertical product where we sometimes got 75% off or free product - Great brands - Regionals/National Manager in Victoria (2016/2017) until a massive change happened

Cons

- CEO, uninspiring and rude - Very clicky from a head office level, visits from Head Office were negative. - Hard to progress - Change in leadership in Victoria late 2017, went really positive and engaging to negative and micromanagement a focus.
