Nothing. The only positive would be the staff on my team.

Cons

The worst company to work for. They give little to no care to you, they only see you as dollar signs. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

- Poor regional and national management. Minimal understanding of front line tasks - Micro management of stores underperform - Tunnel vision approach to sales with little understanding to customer adapt
