-Great mission statement. -Positive facility goals. -Celebrations and events for staff and residents.

Cons

-Company focuses more on business and money, and less on quality of care for both staff and patients. -Staffing problems go ignored. -Favoritism. -Inexperience HR. -A company where the administration runs everything, and employees have no voice.

good support, nice people, good orientation length (9), varied patient population (GTs, IVs, Dialysis, Pain mgt, Dementia, etc)

Cons

patient load (~30), requires good time management, paper charting, supplies sometimes not available

Could not recruit regular staff. Used Agency staff and it was a mess
