Pros

My manager is a good guy

Cons

The ladies there in the acctg dept except for one worked there for years. Didn't accept anyone new coming in, one was rude and gossipy and they let that go wo consequences.. it was a hostile work environment but I was the one who was pulled aside for a talking to. Another time one woman in the dept literally yelled at me about something that wasn't even her call to make, something about double invoices.

Pros

Most of my coworkers are very nice.

Cons

They have nobody working. They cut staff to practically nothing. It's almost impossible to answer call lights. And they actually will send nurses home. They say we have exactly as many nurses as required by the state of california, but they count the nurses that never see patients in that total. You're not allowed to have overtime so you have to work off the clock which is totally illegal but what are you going to do?

Pros

Management doesn’t care generally about performance because no one wants to be here.

Cons

Organizational Structure is a fake military style. Pay day is spent playing games for your check. No direct deposit in this day and age until 3 years after working for them.
