Pay is low relative to the pay data from other companies that are in the same industry. HR does not update job descriptions which sucks because some roles have evolved so no accurate information is being shares. Regional Management team does not care about employees outside of the nursing department. All recognition tends to be on them and no recognition is given to employees in the administration side of the company.

Poor management resulting in overworked staff and substandard patient care. It should be noted that after the facility administrator was hired, more than half the social services staff resigned.
