I’ve worked at Generations for close to 10 years and I’ve worked in several positions and a couple of departments in the Support Center and I’ve always felt appreciated, my voice has always been heard, my professional opinion respected! Generations pivoted during the pandemic and provided its employees with the tools and equipment necessary to work from home which allowed us to continue work during very uncertain time! The fully paid dental, medical insurance for the whole family is unheard of and further enhances the value of my employment at the company! Whenever we do go to the office for meetings and such lunch/snacks are catered which is a very nice touch! I’ve gone through 2 pregnancies and completed a Masters degree during my employment at the company and management has always been very accommodating and understanding to my current needs at the time. Loyalty and commitment is reciprocated! Teamwork is the bread and butter of the department and interactions between departments are always collaborative with everyone doing their best in achieving a positive outcome. Everyone is very friendly, atmosphere is relaxed and family-like, showing your personality is always welcomed.
