good support, nice people, good orientation length (9), varied patient population (GTs, IVs, Dialysis, Pain mgt, Dementia, etc)

Cons

patient load (~30), requires good time management, paper charting, supplies sometimes not available

Great energy, staff, and positive environment to work in. The staff truly owns and cares about their contribution to returning patients to their happy place.
