-If you work there long enough, you will get to the top based on seniority. -They hire just about anybody with a license, regardless of experience and whether or not they fit into the company

Cons

-Your managers are hired based on seniority, but you will find their management skills lacking. -No performance review/feedback for 2 years, hence, no raise for 2 years -Benefits package adequate, but not very enticing -Staff turnover rate is high

verry friendly and inviteing nice attiude

Cons

Health insurance is way overpriced and the overtime policy is unpractical I mean 3 day susspension for 1 min of overtime, come on then they end up paying someone overtime to cover the shift those days. Helo!
