High stress, unorganized management, low pay

Pros

people are very positive. controller very friendly and easy to talk to. If you can handle the stress, job growth can be possible.

Cons

unorganized management and prepartion of work flows. everything is last minute and adds to the stress of the already heavy work load. older management resistent to change. changing priorities due to lack of organization and constant pressing deadlines. Pay not competitive.
