Pros

Good employees, hard working people, fun people to work with. Funny people, upbeat employees. A lot to pick from benefits, lots of options.

Cons

Very low pay, raises are not rounded dollars, they are cents raise, every 2 or 3 years pay increase. They hire family members and friends. Favoritism at its best. Makes it very hard to work with unqualified people. A lot of turnover. Low employee morale because there are no incentives, no appreciation, no perks, no freebies. Just work at a very low pay. Department heads throw people under the bus and use intimidation.
