      *Flexibility that we are given has been such a blessing - esp for working parents that are needing work/life balance. *We are given a good amount of autonomy while still being a part of such a super cohesive team. *Room to grow and spread your wings!

      Cons

      *I am not a "boots on the ground" Recruiter so I am not able to be in our centers and have face to face relationships with our center leadership teams.

      One of the things I love most about my role is the incredible support I receive from leadership, especially my boss, who always provides guidance and encourages growth. Being able to work from anywhere gives me the flexibility to balance my career with my personal life, without compromising on the quality or effectiveness of my work. It’s empowering to know I can be productive in a way that fits my lifestyle. Overall, I’m beyond grateful for this opportunity.
