      Pros

      Professional development of nursing staff through the tuition assistance program. No cost nurse aide training program available to become a certified nursing assistant. Many nursing centers serve as clinical sites for nursing students. Strong commitment to an inclusive work environment for all. Commitment to operating the business in an ethical manner.

      Cons

      Lack of a 401K match. Cost of medical, dental, and vision insurances from bi-weekly pay in addition to other out-of-pocket costs.
