      I’ve enjoyed my position for the sheer fact of the people I get to work with.

      Cons

      Frequently micromanaged by upper management. Management and insurance dictate how long someone receives services. Often appears to make decisions based on monetary outcome such as pushing for concurrent/group treatment during a pandemic and even though caseload doesn’t support therapists full time hours.

      Pros

      Made some good friends along the way and empathized with seniors, enjoyed their company and taking care of them. Very rewarding.

      Cons

      The management is absolutely atrocious. Very sad. This was my last nursing home to work in and the reason is that all these places are the same. My heart couldn't take it anymore.
