      - Pretty proactive work culture - Great opportunity to collaborate with experts on the field - The AI Applied research team has people with quite flexible & versatile skills - Lovely work life balance - Good recognition for the work done - No bias towards anyone what so ever

      - Do not provided allowances or other for food, no lunch or transportation services, when working from off or from home (food allowance or snack allowance not provided).

      - Great work culture - Clear insights into the grand structure of projects - Smooth on-boarding with wonderful induction directly with Director - Highly talented and knowledgeable managers and team mates - Professional gear for work - Structured workflows with clean and clear guidance - Flexible work hours with zero pressure - Regular team guild sessions for technical insights - 1-on-1 sessions with manager for pampered footsteps into the workflow (HUGELY APPRETIATED)!! - Regular Managerial anonymity sessions where anyone in the team can drop anonymous comments on the problems that they are facing or improvements that can be done at team level. [NEVER SEEN BEFORE!!!] - Exploratory work flow with access to top end gear to train intense Generative AI LLMs
