      Pros

      Great work-life balance, amazing colleagues, transparency from the top, and competitive compensation. Also, Genesys has an amazing remote work policy and Covid response team!

      Cons

      Better strategy and vision on what it wants to be when it grows up - dealing with some identity issues. Lots of team working in silos - need greater alignment. Also higher 401k match and health benefits would be fantastic

      Pros

      Unlimited vacation (some take excessive advantage) benefits are good product is solid-but untrained sales people - lose to competitors

      Cons

      Exec leadership is more worried about DEI than how to have teams achieve their over inflated quotas. You are at a disadvantage if you are white person. Unable to pay commissions accurately or timely. No consistent sales training . Very disorganized company. No One owns process or has the ability to make decisions. Linear company-employees have no autonomy.
