      Genesys Is a Pretty Cool Place to Work!

      Pros

      Flexible Work Schedule Unlimited PTO Coworkers are very pro collaboration for problem solving and open to answering questions Very good work life balance (managers encourage time off frequently!)

      Cons

      I have had to work by myself quite a lot due to too many projects running at the same time for too small of a team Sometimes communication with project managers can be difficult

      Pros

      Genesys is a socially progressive company with lofty goals and the power to accomplish them. Work/Life balance is great. The work is ever-evolving and there's always interesting things to do.

      Cons

      Some teams are great to be on and others are not. The pay isn't as competitive as it could be. Lack of being public makes motivating bonuses less appealing. Some leadership has outdated opinions and are unpleasant to deal with.

      Love the Culture at Genesys

      Pros

      I've been here for almost 2 years now. The day to day culture of the company is unlike anywhere I've ever worked. Teams collaborate, demonstrate true empathy for each other, and we're transforming every day. Lots of change but all good.

      Cons

      With change comes a bit of complexity and some teams who are not yet on the same page, but we're getting there.
