      The company is well-known for its commitment to customer service and its cutting-edge technology

      Cons

      The company is not as progressive when it comes to its approach to hiring and retaining older employees. I was let go after a long tenure, despite the fact that I was highly qualified and had been performing well in my role. If the company truly wants to be a leader in the industry, it should take steps to ensure that all employees feel safe and respected in the workplace.

      Good benefits and unlimited time off.

      Cons

      The unlimited time off has an unwritten rule of the actual limit so beware of that benefit. Management is pretty good at sugar coating everything. Do not believe anything that the C-levels tell you. Empathy is the theme but there is no empathy for employees.
