      Too many inner circles. If you aren't part of a "clique" then your stuck in your position. Too many egos. Crappy comp program.

      Pros

      Pay is good. Genesys spends huge money on entertainment

      Cons

      About 30% of the company sales teams have one foot out the door. Many moved to TalkDesk, Twillio and InContact. Company doesn't understand New Channel models. Legacy premise mindset. Raises prices to raise revenue. Many unhappy customers & partners. Thousands of PureCloud deployments but no or few references.

      Pros

      Industry leading product and vision in a space that will only continue to grow.

      Cons

      Things have not been the same since the most recent investment firm came onboard. For a large, profitable software company with a bright future, the company is very stingy. Budgets are being slashed again in 2018 and you're lucky to get the standard 3% increase each year.
