      Pros

      Being in acquisition mode there is plenty of new opportunities. If you are willing to work hard there is a possibility of being noticed.

      Cons

      The company is moving so fast the stated strategy and the tactics to achieve the strategy don't always meet. Also, being in acquisition mode the company seems happy with doing more with less in terms of people.

      Pros

      The only pros were free fruit and lunches.

      Cons

      There was a lot of harassment and sexism. Poor management. Lots of office politics such as not allowing certain benefits to a select group of employees. A lot of confidential information about employees was shared by the HR dept. Was told by several employees to keep a particular manager on good side otherwise they would make your life miserable.
