As with any growing company with many mergers and acquisitions, org changes will happen and new leaders will come on board. As so many of our employees appreciate the work/life flexibility we try to support, a point you noted as a positive, we also appreciate it when our team members are flexible in terms of supporting the company and their coworkers through the changes we are driving as we continue to scale.
