Pros

Healthy culture of people working together and genuinely helping each other to succeed and stay focused. Because of this, I would still recommend this company to a friend.

Cons

They just went through a pretty hefty RIF and didn't consider the productivity and value of the employees they cut. They cut performers and non-performers. Having competing products contributed to the downfall.

Great CcaaS platform, tremendous innovation, great people, great work-life balance

Cons

Have been a lot of bad decisions at the top with no accountability for the person making those decisions. Very political and a who you know culture has led to lots of very talented people being let go while keeping others that don't provide the same value.

Cons

Multiple CSS leaders exhibit toxic behaviors toward their team members and one another. It’s a cut throat competitive environment, which flourishes on politics. There is no collaboration and leaders manage up. Women are sidelined.
