Pros

Seems like a open minded company.Please consider the points mentioned in Cons while making policies.Fun at work alone is not enough.

Cons

No policies to support working mothers.No work from home policies ...it all depends on you manager.Everytime the manager has to be informed about work from home and it all depends on his mood.There is no good policy for this.

We don't have a hard and fast rule around telecommuting - it is up to the manager and employee to work out a plan depending on personal and business needs. Best place to work not consistent with the experience in my department.

Pros

Overall professional, committed and friendly environment. Good products and market leader with a strong investment in research and development. Generally very energetic environment.

Cons

There is no work/life balance in my department. Honestly the worse place to work I’ve ever seen from this standpoint. Sadly I would not recommend working here.
