      Professional and respectful people top to bottom Focused on excellence Promotions for those who earn it Haven’t seen any politics Huge growth and success Pay market rates and don’t try to lowball on pay. They mean empathy!

      Any company is growth mode will be a strain on working hours. Not expected though. Sometimes takes time to catch up on how busy teams can be. Some teams seriously under-resourced and other (often US based) teams seem to be over-resourced. Sometimes a lack of direction

      Strong in internal team work to win deals. Always have great support. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      Sales Targets are set without sales opinion and not realistic to achieve. Salaries are way below market related income, 50% below. Targets are 3 times higher than Target Earnings.
